🥢🎂 Katsudon Birthday Dinner

As john is heading into his 7th year after being diagnosed with cancer I thought I would make a Japanese meal to celebrate. 

It took us back to our time in Japan and into one of our favorite restaurants a few minutes from where we lived. 

It was a good memory and the meal turned out very tasty. 

All in all from food to family to friends it was, simply put, “good medicine” for his 69th. birthday.
