Rose Hip Syrup

Join me today as I make some rose hip syrup. It's delicious as well as a way to use up last year's rose hips. This syrup can be used in sparkling water, on ice cream, on yogurt, or wherever your fancy takes you.


I purchased Emily Han’s book through Alibris Books, a used book distributor; as you can see, it came from a library

The syrup turned out very tasty, and I doubt it will even last past the two weeks in the refrigerator. Better make some more.
